“After working with Cheryl & Danielle I am now able to go to the gym to work out, lift my son, sit/stand for long periods of time and do just about everything I could before the accident. I feel they have helped me come a long way in getting back to the way I was before the accident. I have learned better posture and other ways to strengthen my core muscles that support my body which I am grateful for. We did pilates, leg lifts, and we used the ball. We did other great exercises that helped a lot. Thanks Cheryl and Danielle for all of your help because now I can go days with no pain!”

“Thanks for taking the time to check in on me. I’ve been doing excellent. Most days my pain level is at 1 or below. I do my exercises everyday and I’m getting stronger. I owe those excellent results to Jim and everyone else that worked with me. I sure do miss being able to come there and having you folks work with me. I would like to thank everyone who helped me get better, esp. Jim. If I ever need some physical therapy again I would definitely come back. The atmosphere was great!!!
