Billing Information
We will bill any primary insurance company for you as long as you have provided us all pertinent information prior to or at your first visit. We are contracted with most major insurance companies.
Please call our Therapy Billing Office at 434-985-2198 and speak with our Accounts Manager if you have questions about your specific plan, as well as any questions regarding insurance or billing.
In some cases we are able to present you with a statement each time you arrive for an appointment for the previous visit’s portion.
We ask that you pay your portion due at that time via cash, check or credit card.

Currently we do not accept: Health Keepers or Medicaid
Note: If you do not have insurance or if you prefer for us to not bill your insurance, let us know and we will talk to you about our private pay policy.
Referrals / Authorizations
Depending upon the requirements of your insurance plan, a referral from your primary care physician may be necessary in order to see our therapists. If a referral is required, it must be presented before you will be able to see the therapist. This is a requirement established by your insurance plan that we must follow in order to be reimbursed for the services our therapists deliver.
