“After working with Cheryl & Danielle I am now able to go to the gym to work out, lift my son, sit/stand for long periods of time and do just about everything I could before the accident. I feel they have helped me come a long way in getting back to the way I was before the accident. I have learned better posture and other ways to strengthen my core muscles that support my body which I am grateful for. We did pilates, leg lifts, and we used the ball.
